Sam Siebu serves as Principal of SOKS Group. Building high-performing organizations through excellence in HR operations and execution is what most motivates and inspires Sam. He is also most passionate about making a positive transformational impact on the lives of those that he is called to serve – this is his life’s vocation.

Whether focused on transforming the Human Capital Management function, executive recruiting, turnover reduction, building culture, or ensuring businesses have the critical staff to advance objectives; Sam leverages the full spectrum of his and his team’s human resources capabilities, tools, and resources to create and execute strategies that drive improved performance and deliver results.

With decades of deep expertise and knowledge across all HR functional areas and willingness to take the time to understand the directives and challenges of the organizations he and his team at SOKS Group serve; they quickly identify gaps and opportunities to facilitate positive change for the clients they serve.

Sam Siebu holds a Master of Science in Management degree (Healthcare Administration) from the University of Maryland, Adelphi, MD and a Master of Business Administration degree from Strayer University in Washington, DC.
